Congratulations! You have been invited to an interview.
Now what? How to tackle the questions of your opponent in supreme focus and with a considerable amount of tension? And especially not forgetting all other minor aspects such as: use examples, make sure you connect and don’t forget a good appearance.
One thing: a job interview is not a cross-examination.
During the training ‘The job interview itself’ I take the participants to the actual interview right there at the table.
In this training, participants will learn among other things:
- What the STAR(R) or (E) method is;
- what the effect is of posture/attitude and clothing;
- and how to maintain the ‘connection’.
Please note: I recommend completing the ‘Prepare for a job interview’ before participating in this training.
